Set within Dallas’s Winnetka Heights Conservation District, Four Square is a 1927 American Foursquare reimagined with quiet reverence and modern sensibility. Every decision was guided by respect for the home’s history — from preserving its original windows to integrating antique doors salvaged from early-20th-century Cairo.

 

Period millwork, checkerboard tile, and moody paneling nod to its architectural past, while custom details and layered finishes bring a sense of livable luxury.

What emerges is a portrait of modern historic design: rooted in craft, rich in texture, and deeply personal.

 

The Four Square project reflects Fonde Interiors’ belief that preservation and progress can coexist — transforming a beloved Dallas landmark into a home that feels timeless, soulful, and wholly renewed.
