Mid-Level Interior Designer
Our fast-paced and fun loving, client-focused design studio is seeking a dependable, well-organized Mid-Level Designer to join our team specializing in luxury residential and boutique commercial projects. You'll work collaboratively with junior designers and work with the Principal to create high-end, bespoke interiors for discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive, luxury-level interior design concepts and packages

Mentor and guide junior designers in executing high-end designs

Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Create detailed drawings, photorealistic 3D renderings, and curated material boards

Manage project timelines and premium budgets

Source exclusive furniture, materials, and finishes from luxury brands and artisans

Coordinate with high-end contractors and specialty vendors

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
-
3-5 years of professional experience, with a focus on luxury projects
-
Proficiency with AutoCad; SketchUp a plus
-
Strong portfolio demonstrating upscale residential and boutique commercial projects

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
-
Working knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations, with the ability to research and apply specific requirements as needed

Experience in sourcing premium FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) for high-end residential clients

Extensive knowledge of luxury furniture brands, custom fabrication processes, and emerging design trends
-
Ability to manage client expectations and deliver exceptional, personalized service

Strong skills with time-management over multiple simultaneous tasks, projects, and clients

Polished presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and persuasively to high-profile clients

Must be curious and a life-long learner

Senior Interior Designer
Our fast-paced and fun loving, client-focused design studio is seeking a dependable, well-organized Senior Designer with a knack for problem-solving. This role entails overseeing the day-to-day operations, communication and execution of design projects. The Senior Designer will be responsible for entire projects from initial concepts through to final design and implementation, collaborating closely with the Principal. Incorporating each project with impeccable taste, this role is responsible for supporting the design team, facilitating client and vendor interactions, managing project finances, and serving as a key point of contact for clients alongside the Principal. We're seeking an ambitious, results-driven individual who thrives on initiative and shares our passion for design.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop drawings and comments required for permitting, DDs and CDs, finish schedules and spec books, site planning, and other construction documents​
• Maintain all project documentation including meeting minutes, correspondence, punch lists​
• Produce mood boards and sketches to support design intention
​• Assist in sourcing, quoting and selecting furnishings, finishes and materials
​• Manage and maintain all project schedules (timelines, finish, paint and window covering schedules) and be the force that drives forward progress
• Assist in creating and managing client furnishings budgets
​• Oversee preparation and finalization of digital and physical presentations for client meetings and reviews
​• Assist in leading digital and physical design presentations
​• Support other design team members as needed to foster a collaborative and positive work environment
​• Anticipate and alleviate resource conflicts where possible and identify opportunities to prevent future conflicts
​
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited program
• Minimum 5 years related work experience
• Strong construction and materials knowledge
• Excellent, concise verbal and written communication skills
• Extremely detail oriented and accurate in all deliverables
• Strong leadership and relationship-management skills who enjoys working as a team
• Expert in time-management over multiple simultaneous tasks, projects, and clients
• Polished presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and persuasively to high-profile clients
