studio coordinator

About The Position

Fonde Interiors is seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Studio Coordinator to join our small, high-ownership team.

This role is central to how our work moves from concept to reality. We believe that great design depends on great execution, the Studio Coordinator protects that execution.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order and clarity to complex projects and takes pride in operational excellence.

You will work closely with the Principal and design team across every active project, ensuring that once selections are approved, they are carried forward with clarity, precision, and care. This is a visible, high-trust role within the studio with real autonomy in your lane and meaningful impact on the client experience.

While this is not a creative design position, proximity to design is constant. An appreciation for layered, historically referenced interiors and craftsmanship is important.

Procurement management sits at the center of this role. You will own the purchasing workflow within Studio Designer - issuing and tracking purchase orders, confirming pricing and lead times, maintaining documentation, coordinating with vendors and freight partners, and monitoring timelines from order placement through delivery and installation. You will flag discrepancies early and ensure approved selections are executed with clarity and care.

You will also serve in a client-facing capacity by managing inquiry intake and initial screening calls, supporting onboarding workflows, responding to client and vendor communications by phone and email, and greeting clients and guests in the studio with professionalism and warmth.

You will help maintain and strengthen the systems that keep the studio focused and prepared - coordinating with accounting partners, organizing project documentation, supporting scheduling communication with trades and vendors, preparing the studio for presentations, and ensuring operational details are handled before they become distractions.

As the studio evolves, you may also support community and brand initiatives by assisting with event logistics, curated client gifting, and thoughtful touchpoints that reinforce the Fonde experience.

This Role is Perfect for You If You:

  • You believe beautiful design is only possible with flawless execution behind the scenes.

  • You get genuine satisfaction from a well-organized spreadsheet, a clean inbox, and a project timeline that actually makes sense.

  • You can juggle multiple moving parts without dropping details - and you notice when something feels “off” before anyone else does.

  • You are comfortable communicating with clients, vendors, and trades with professionalism, clarity, and warmth.

  • You take ownership of your work and follow through - even when no one is watching.

  • You enjoy building systems and improving processes so the studio runs more smoothly over time.

  • You understand that discretion, trust, and reliability are non-negotiable in a client-facing role.

  • You can switch between big-picture thinking and meticulous detail work without losing momentum.

  • You’re the kind of person who proofreads texts before sending them… and yes, grammatical errors might actually keep you up at night.

  • You take pride in being the steady force that allows the creative team to do their best work.

Who We Are

Fonde Interiors is a Dallas-based interior design studio working across high-end residential and select boutique hospitality projects. We specialize in large-scale renovations, custom new construction, and fully realized furnishing projects - partnering closely with architects and builders while creating interiors that feel cohesive, collected, and enduring.

Our work often intersects with historic homes and preservation-minded renovations. We believe thoughtful design honors the character of a space while shaping it for modern life. By blending antique and vintage elements with contemporary forms, we create interiors that feel layered and inevitable - as though they have always existed exactly as they are.

We believe great design is revealed over time. It lives in proportion, restraint, and detail. We are passionate about crafting homes that feel grounded, intentional, and quietly elevated - spaces where our clients feel both embraced and understood.

We are a small, highly intentional team with uncommonly high standards for both design and execution. Our projects are complex and personal, and we approach them with clarity, discipline, and care. We take pride in the relationships we cultivate - with our clients, our vendors, and within our own team.

Just as importantly, we are building a studio culture rooted in authenticity, integrity, and ownership. We believe meaningful work happens when people feel trusted, supported, and empowered in their roles. Every team member at Fonde plays a visible and meaningful part in shaping the work and the experience we deliver.

We work hard. We hold high standards. And we genuinely enjoy building something enduring together.

Our Values

Authenticity and integrity guide how we work and how we lead.

We value:

Ownership over oversight

Precision over speed

Kindness without ego

Worldliness and curiosity

Clear communication

Continuous refinement

We believe structure protects creativity. We believe systems protect margin. And we believe that thoughtful, well-executed work is what earns trust - from our clients and within our team.
